A British company has demonstrated a prototype device capable of stopping cars and other vehicles using a blast of electromagnetic waves.

That's pretty cool. That said I don't need that sort of technology as I already stop traffic very time I leave the house t:

Who knows how many lives would this save. Cops wouldn't have to risk their lives during car chases anymore, pedestrians wouldn't have to worry about cars barreling through their towns running from the cops. I see a lot of potential for this.

Of course you'll have people who will probably come up with some health risks involved though.

So basically it's a concentrated EMP, very interesting. They better been darn accurate though cuz if they miss and fry some poor civilians car they are gonna be buying them a new one
