What are your top 10 Jackie Chan movies?

1. Drunken Master - this easily tops the list by a wide margin. Some of the finest fight choreography and fight scenes with no reliance on wire work. All pure skill, and the villains are all great, particularly Hwang Jang Lee's Thunderfoot. Might even be my favourite martial arts film of all time.

2. Snake in the Eagle's Shadow - a precursor to Drunken Master, but not quite as good. Still has both Jackie Chan and Hwang Jang Lee in it.

3. Drunken Master II - not really a sequel to Drunken Master as such but more of a reboot.

4. Project A - this has some cool fight scenes and includes Sammo Hung and Yuen Baio. It's about pirates.

5. The Forbidden Kingdom - this is the one with Jet Li

6. The Tuxedo - this is the one with Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jason Isaacs. The tuxedo gives him special fighting abilities.

7. Shanghai Noon - the sequel never lived up to the original

8. Wheels on Meals

9. Rush Hour

10. Rumble in the Bronx

I'm not a fan of the Police Story films. And while the Armor of God series has an interesting potential, it never quite lived up to it. I think Armor of God is the one where he had that accident and it left him with a hole in his head.

First Strike.

But seriously. It's Jackie fighting a bunch of Rooskies in Australia. With 90s Hong Kong pop music. What's not to love?

I know I've seen that film and many others of his, but I can't remember it very well. Rumble in the Bronx barely made the list.

If Shanghai Noon or Rush Hour isn't on someone's list, Get out. :o

Ehh, American-era Jackie. Meh.

But yeah, first two Rush Hours are a blast, poor man's Beverly Hills Cop or no.

Rush Hour
A New Police Story
The Tuxedo
Fist of the Dragon

Aren't there too many 'Top 10 Actor Flicks' threads right now?

Well we can always have a Top 10 actress flick. Who can there be? Meryl Streep? Julia Roberts? Anne Hathaway? It has to be someone who has made enough films to be prolific enough. Steve Guttenberg seemed a bit of a stretch though.

That's the opposite of what I had in mind. Slow down on making these threads, guys.

My top 3 for him are Rumble In the Bronx, Twin Dragons and Drunken Master.

It’s insane some of the stunts/fighting that man can do.

Shanghai Noon
Who Am I?

I was always more of a Chow Yun Fat fan and there are some Jackie movies I saw in the VHS days that I can't remember the titles of or that had different titles in different countries. Anyway, I'll give it a whirl! :D:

10. Who Am I?
9. City Hunter
8. The Forbidden Kingdom
7. Rush Hour
6. Shanghai Knights
5. Armor of God
4. Rumble in the Bronx
3. First Strike
2. Rush Hour 2
1. Shanghai Noon

I liked him in Thunderbolt from less known movies.
