Trick 'r Treat Sinister Web Teaser

I convinced my younger brother to watch it and he didn't like it. He said it was too weird and he didn't get it. I've told atleast a dozen people about this movie and none of them really gave a crap and never heard of it.

Saw can blow me. I hate Saw even more now, this should've been in the theaters. Not Saw.

The first Saw was awesome but the sequel(s)sssss.......notasomucha

Agreed.

The Saw series should ****ing end. I cannot...in no way, understand the appeal.

Dont know whether to buy this when it comes out in the UK on monday on DVD or wait for the blu-ray release in the UK whenever that is going to be.

Dont really like to buy dvd's anymore in all honesty.

No, not as much...more.;)

Anyways, this was a great movie, definitely hard pressed to think of a better dtv film or better horror anthology. I loved the way the interwinding stories came together and it's a great Halloween version of A Christmas Carol.

SAW wasn't the only reason this never got a theatrical release, anthologies are tough to market and usually don't do very well so WB didn't have faith in it; it was a stupid decision but it wasn't only made because of one franchise, if that were the case they would've just released it in late September.

Not that whiney, ignorant SAW-haters need the least bit of rational thought behind they're *****ing anyway...

Eh. I rented Saw II and didn't like it, I didn't HATE it but was disappointed. I rented Saw III and was expecting a great performance from the actor (The Bruce from Braveheart/ Equilibrium) forgot his name- MacFadden??? I really like him but wow he just didn't have anything to work with it seemed. So, my point is I gave up on Saw after part 3.

My point of view is I wish Trick r' Treat could become like the Saw series and come out with a new movie every year around Halloween even if it's direct-to-video.

The sad thing about Saw is since they are now at 6 they will definitely at least go up to 10 films. Casue you know they wont leave it at some random number. That movie should have only been one. Then it could have had the fun b-movie style cult following that it should have.

Exactly.

They truly are milking it right now, especially with Tobin Bell's(I think that's his name)character being dead. That guy was the whole point of these films, the fact that, from what I've heard and read, they have new people picking up his work/legacy is completely moronic and unjustified.

Say what you want about Eli Roth. I know a lot of people hate him but at least he knew to stop after Hostel 2. I never saw part 2 and thought the first one was just OK but I don't give him **** for making a sequel since it was in the point of view from the girls this time. He did both sexes involved in some kind of trip to Europe and then stopped.

They really need to learn to stop milking this Saw series and let it die and try to make something more original.

I think they banned that word in Hollywood :o

Anyone know the Uk release date for Blu-ray? The DVD is out on Monday but no blu-ray release for some reason.

Both were awful, imo, and the reason he stopped at 2 is because it tanked, critically and financially.

Lionsgate couldn't care less if they milk the franchise or not. As long as the franchise brings in money, they're happy and we'll keep getting more.

As for original, we're getting that December 18th. If Avatar disappoints or fails in bringing in a profit, I'm calling out the millions who ask for an original film. As far as I'm concerned, I want something good, whether original or not.

just watched this. loved it. maybe we'll get a sequel?

Just finished it, it was awesome.
It seemed a bit incoherent at first because I had no clue what it was, had heard no hype, read no reviews, just saw that it had a high rating on RT so I gave it a chance.

This definitely feels like something you need to watch twice to truly appreciate.

Was going to buy it on DVD yesterday but decied to wait for Blu-ray, anyone know the UK blu-ray release date?

I'll be watching this on halloween. It'll be my 4th viewing.

This is defentiely one of the best horror films of the decade. My top 5 of the decade.
