U2 3d

This is pretty pointless. I like U2 and all, but what's the fun of seeing a concert in 3-D?

U2 is no longer a band of integrity. Rather a band of extreme "Yay Yay's"

They're old and not thinking clearly.

I'm trying to figure out why this is necessary.

Because it's U2. I've seen them in concert 3 times, it's practically a religious experience. A 3D movie sounds different and fun. :woot:

best band ever

and apparently everyone thats seen this loves it, it's getting rave reviews

so this was the most incredible 3D thing i've ever seen. i love the band so the music was great, but the 3D stuff was insane, everything on screen was in 3D, apparently it was some new technology, but it was ridiculous:woot:

****, I need to get off my ass and see this...soon.

Yes it is...and my company supplied 3ality with the DDRs to complete the project. Ours was the only system that could handle Stereoscopic Dual-channel 10-bit 2k uncompressed HD in real time. The cameras are similar to the ones that James Cameron is using on his Avatar.

Okay, I'm going Tuesday afternoon at Imax.
I know you all needed to know that. :oldrazz:

Went yesterday to Imax, front row.
Um, I want to go again. It was great.

its amazing, and Bono doing the opera part on Miss Sarajevo:woot:
