1- Green Arrow & Black Canary definitely should have their own DC mini series like how Marvel has their shows on Disney Plus, Green Arrow & Black Canary should on HBO Max; tied into DCU

2- Static Shock he should get his own show too also on HBO Max and you can tie it into the DCU

3- Vixen she's the equivalent to Black Panther in this universe so I definitely would have her have her own movie franchise on the big screen

4- Plastic Man is basically your Ant Man equivalent in a sense so I would probably go big screen movie franchise

5- Dr Fate or Zatanna as your Doctor Strange equivalent for big movie franchise that should be big screen

6- Booster Gold...HBO Max show that would tie into DCU

But your usuals that would get franchises of course on the big screen are Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Shazam, The Flash of course

The big names are obvious, but other than those... There are characters I'd like to see, but if you're talking about carrying their own movies or show,

Zatanna (and I want 'leggy dame in nylons', as she called herself in BTAS; no costume change for 'modern audiences')
Harley (but not Robbie)
Batgirl (Barbara Gordon)

Lobo (loud and objectionable as possible, and *shock-horror* smoking cigars)
Constantine (if Matt Ryan is up for it - could crossover with Zatanna)
The Question (this could be a big one - conspiracy theories are at a high)

I can agree with all these

Why do we want to model this after Marvel?
Have more respect for DC than that. It really does have the superior roster.

That said, I’d love a Green Arrow film, but only if it were extremely controversial and political. It needs to be as woke as possible and Ollie needs to be an unabashed SJW who rubs 65% of the audience the wrong way.
As much as I think that would be a hoot, it ain’t flying. So I don’t want a watered down version of Green Arrow, so it might as well pass.

-I’d like to see Nightwing with Batgirl (with the 3 Batgirls)
-I’d be interested in seeing Red Hood and the Outlaws (Bizarro and Artemis)
-I’d like a film version of Huntress: Cry for Blood
-I’d love JL Dark
-I would love a lot of standalone movies that aren’t beholden to a shared universe, including a Human Target film. I’d prefer Spectre as a stand-alone as well. And PLEASE give a me a Richard Dragon film set in the 1970’s and let’s retcon the character to be Asian. Have him team up with Bronze Tiger.
-Deadman

I also want a Kirby inspired Fourth World film that is not connected to the DCU.

I think the more important ones:
Vixen
GA/BC
Birds of Prey
Nightwing (w/Babs as the female lead)

I think they definitely need to think "does this person need a solo film" or is it better for a team film or possible MAX/animated project.

Dr fate
Booster gold
Zatanna
Etrigan
Martain manhunter.

Absolutely. That and JL Dark. And seconded on DC not needing to model after Marvel. WB trying to chase the MCU is what got us JL 2017 in the first place.

Dr fate
Booster gold
Zatanna
Etrigan
Martain manhunter.
I agree with your list except Etrigan I definitely could see it being an HBO Max TV mini series same goes for Booster Gold and Martian Manhunter as HBO Max mini series but for Dr Fate, Zatanna they would be feature length on the big screen

I think etrigan, if done correctly, could be similar to lotrs, and gots.

Start it out in the middle ages, with lots of sword and sorcery, Jason gets cursed by merlin, and has to live through the ages until he learns his lesson/finds redemption.

Adam Strange
Challengers of the Unknown
Lobo
Aztek

Either Constantine, Zatanna or Doctor Fate especially if you want the mystic arts or sorcery in DC

As much as I love all the Wonder Woman movies starring Gal Gadot (she was phenomenal!), I'd also like to see Gunn's take on the character.

Constantine and this time show he’s bi in the films as he has been openly since 1992. Don’t straightwash him; knowing Gunn, thankfully doubt he would.

Socialist Green Arrow and conservative Green Lantern as a buddy cop type team. Like in the classic comics. It would be controversial to some but in a way that’s needed today.

Green Arrow and Black Canary: These characters truly deserve their own miniseries to showcase their strengths and unique adventures. HBO Max could provide a great platform for quality, ambitious DCU-related content.
We almost had a Black Canary series, but that was pre-Gunn.

I definitely would go for a Arrow & Canary DCU series on HBO Max as well

For the supernatural corner of DC I’d want a Spectre movie that is basically a film noir version of The Crow.

This!
I’m a broken record, but if Ollie isn’t a hard left SJW, I don’t want him. Give me Hard Traveling Heroes.

Green Arrow-At this point, Ollie might be the most iconic DC character who hasn't had some kind of Live Action film appearance. Ideally, a film would make it perfectly clear that Ollie is a hardcore lefty, but I could accept it if that aspect of the character was portrayed more subtly. Either way, he shouldn't be apolitical.

Martian Manhunter-To be honest, I've never really loved J'onn. That said, I'd like to see a MM movie because maybe someone could elevate the character the way Favereau did Iron Man.

Zatanna-I could see Zee becoming super popular with the right take. Have Paul Dini as the David Goyer to a female director's Christopher Nolan.

Legion of Superheroes-So much potential here, from the setting to all the different members.

Black Lightning-I get the sense that Jefferson should've been to DC what T'Challa is to Marvel. Much like J'onn, I'd love to see a great Black director elevate this character.

I'll might be alone on this, but I'd love some full on Sword and Sorcery

The Warlord.

In the savage world of Skartaris, life is a constant struggle for survival. Here, beneath an unblinking orb of eternal sunlight, one simple law prevails: If you let down your guard for an instant you will soon be very dead.

1st Issue Special #8

I mean how cool does that sound?

An Air Force pilot who finds his way to this world and becomes The Warlord is super interesting to me. I see it more as a TV show, though.

Amethyst.

Gem world is cool, you get tons of magic, Different houses and clans with unique abilities, and Eclipso as the villain and even a cameo from Constantine if you go by the trade which I loved.
