Universal Monsters

I hope they release more of them on Blu-Ray. I got them all on DVD and some of them on Blu-Ray. The quality is amazing! I like the covers:

I think the covers are the original posters they used in the theaters back then.

I was amazed at the Wolfman bluray myself. It's going to take awhile to get some of the collection I want. I really want that Legacy collection of each of them.

Not to be pedantic, but if the passing of Sir Christopher Lee as an inspiration to buy horror movies , shouldn't the collection concerned be HAMMER movies, not Universal?

The HAMMER movies are awesome.
I was just saying that his passing made me realize I didn't have ANY of the classic Horror films. Including the Sinbad films for that matter.
There are ALOT of Horror films out there, but the ones that were my faves were the Universal group.

I'm planning on doing 31 days of Halloween watching horror movies this month.....I'm starting off with the Universal Frankenstein films. Today, so far, I have watched FRANKENSTEIN, BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN, and SON OF FRANKENSTEIN.

I didn't think about that but was looking for the movies again still no Legacy Wolfman

Try Best Buy- I got a copy of the Wolfman Legacy set on DVD today at mine.

The blu ray set is awesome. I've had the UK version since it was released. The only downside is the version of the Phantom Of The Opera isn't the original version. Also none of the sequels (aside from Bride of Frankenstein). So I'd highly recommend the blu Rays for their excellent restoration and the legacy sets on DVD as well to enjoy the sequels.

I saw it today at WalMart for $15.

Yeah just saw them here up front! Got Dracula, Mummy, and Wolfman to go with Frankenstein
