Which character in the show isn't the butt of a joke? They just made it none of the main characters like to hang out with her. But then again, she's the star's sister. How many of you let your sibling regularly hang out with your friends or vice versa?

I stopped watching during season 2. They dumbed down Cat too much, ignored Jade's development and her friendship with Cat, and keep pushing Tori down our throats giving her parts others are better suited for and giving her all the songs when the other girls sing better. There was also episodes where we were clearly meant to side with Tori even though she is in the wrong.

Is season 3 any better?

I'm a casual viewer, so I don't know the different seasons. But the newer-looking episodes have been hilarious. Lately, Nick has been airing marathons of this show on Saturday afternoon, so I have been catching up.

I think Victorious is pretty funny for a "kids" show. I never regret watching it. I can imagine someone who got into the storyarcs and character development probably could though. I on the other hand think of it on the same level as Power Rangers. Sometimes not shallow, but never really all that deep.

It's technically a "tween" show, so that's why it's a tad more explicit.
