I’ve seen this cartoon once on you tube the first time I visited to the site

It’s a huge muscular nude guy with a skull face and he has dinosaur feet!
And there's that other superhero that’s kind of a Batman Bruce Wayne type o character
He revealed his secret identity while sleeping with a hooker!

I've been looking for this cartoon on boob tube like crazy and I can't seem to find it and it's really starting to get on my nerves

Anybody help or at least give me the title of this cartoon!
