Web Shooters-Raimi Trilogy:Organic, Not Really Visible, Outide Suit
-ASM1:Artificial, Small and Visible
-ASM2: Medium and Very Visible, Outside Suit
-CW: Large, Very Visible, Outside Suit

Webbing
-Raimi: Thick, White,
-Webb: Thin, Somewhat Silverish,
-CW: Someone Cotton Like, White

Thats my analysis since I don't have many shots or screengrabs to compare.

I'd say the Webb webs (ha!) were more clear plastic white and shiny than silver.

Amazing Spider-Man 2's shooters were very visible, but CW's are very very visible (due to them being the preferable and great-looking grey/black color and unfortunately being outside the suit). I don't understand why ASM2 went with red plastic instead of just putting them on the inside of the suit.

My favorite is probably CW or ASM. I did kinda like that the ASM webshooters made a cool sound and had some lights and stuff.

I'm suprised we've never gotten shooters inside the suit. But then I guess it would be kinda hard to make them fit in his glove without making the glove look lumpy with the shape of the webshooter under it.

Meh, they can movie magic it. I wanna see it happen.

Yeah. Tobey shoots thick white webs while Holland splooges thin ones. You would think it would be the opposite as MCU Spidey is going through puberty.

Per the gifs above, MCU webs look soft and sticky like they should be. (C'mon guys, let's keep it mature in here.)

I love how TASM at least introduced the web shooters but the problem was they never delved way too much into it. I kinda want the whole package deal this time--

• Cartridges acknowledged/explained.
• How he made them, how he got them.
• Utilizing webbing for different purposes (web balls, yo-yo, spray, thick liquid...)

Anything else I'm missing?

I doubt they'll cover this much but it's one of the best aspects to the character!!

Wow, I just love the Raimi suit. That's the one from SM2, right? That one had such a rich red.
Indeed, me personally i love the SM1 just because that one is everything the TASM2 isn't, that one got those big eyes on point (an they are clearly bigger compared to the ones of SM2 and SM3)

I like the SM1 suit for the back spider and the eyes, but SM2 had a great red color.

Hey, does anyone have a comparison pic for the webshooters that almost happened in the Raimi series? I liked the look of those.

Spider Crystal? Spider shaped webbing???

Are we sure this isn't one of those off the wall toy designs, like the one where Spidey has Goblin's glider and Doc Ock's tentacles?

Maybe. Maybe they planned for toy or maybe they planned to have the shooters.
I once read that in the Comic for the First Movie, Peter had the shooters and that's how he made his webs go like the Ball Webbing or to webswing.

So... Did they plan on ditching the organics?
No. There were pretty much always going to be organics; but they initially had mechanic "adjusters" that would give power and accuracy to his webbing.

I can't really think of what reason Peter would end up needing webshooters in Spider-Man 4, especially since they already had him lose his powers. But then, a lot of the early scripts for Spider-Man 4 were pretty odd, so who knows.

I think one of the novelizations said he had webshooters for the purpose of aiming.
