I remmeber being told in a forum disagreement that Superman Returns would make more money because he is bigger than Spiderman. They even said Superman would make more then Spiderman

I personally found that battle to be a Double TKO. Sure X3 made more money but both had a backlash from fans. But it is funny when fans hide behind the $$$ it grosses.

I'm always like "Yeah but it sucked.....and they swindled you of your money"

Best part was, they actually did make his suit look a little lighter and greyish for TDK....and everyone else hated itt:

It is scary how ever since Nolan was given the franchise, most of the stuff he's done sound like suggestions from Hype fans since 2002 (Cast Bale, Origin story, classic soundtrack, realism and focus on Batman himself moveable neck, light grey suit)

X-Men fans for the comic book costumes vs the movie version

(I still wish they had worn spandex/lycra over leather, even though the leather was pretty close to form fitting t: The colours would have been more interesting, but considering how it all ended, basic black for a funeral makes sense.)

it was a sad instant message conversation between JAL and Tangled Web. The one where TW convinced JAL that TW was a girl, they cybered...it was posted...JAL exploded and has since reformed himself as a more powerful stalker.
