What Are You Drinking? Part 2

Water. For no particular reason, I decided to cut back on alcohol consumption. I haven't had more than one drink a day for the last month and generally haven't had even one. I was never overweight, but have lost about 8 pounds.

It doesn't really feel that different other than I need even less sleep than I did. I can easily function on 4-5 hours sleep per night where before I needed about 6.
