What are your current top 3 favorite film scenes from the 5 Terminator films released so far and please say why, for each fave film scene.

It starts off kinda creepy and mysterious but quickly turns into a warzone. Everything is beautifully well done with action, special effects, music and great voice over narration from Sarah Connor to set the tone of the film. Future John Connor left me very curious and wanted more of him including the actor since then.

First details about John Connor while character developing Kyle Reese and a glimpse of the future

It's a horrible act because a literal killing machine guns down a whole police department with innocent people to get to it's target and the music score is chilling but yet it's also badass and cool because of the action and screen presence of Arnold Schwarzenegger as this cyborg terminator. Such an iconic scene for good reason!

5- Terminator Genisys- Final fight scene with John as the T-3000 vs Arnold

4- Salvation- Chase scene with Kyle, Marcus and Star in the jeep trying to outrun a Terminator or Marcus fighting those 3 guys who were trying to rough up Blair

3- Rise of the Machines- Cemetery scene with Arnold carrying the casket full of weapons and then shooting a rocket launcher at the TX; Crystal Peak final fight scene

2- T2- Arnold and John breaking Sarah out of the institution and trying to fight the T 1000; Sarah trying to kill Dyson only for John and Arnold to stop her at the last second; final fight scene with Arnold and the T-1000 and Arnold sacrificing himself by lowering himself into the hot lava

1- T1- Sarah's final fight scene with Arnold as she says the classic one liner You're Terminated ****er...and or Kyle telling Sarah about their son John talking about the future

Tunnel chase in T1, canal chase in T2, and the final chase through the factory in T1.

Why? Because all three are b***ching scenes.

I love the whole film, but this scene is a perfect mix of suspense, action, stunt work, with amazing 80s atmosphere with it's neon lights, rock+synth music, weird fashion and uzi nein milimidah.

A really great insight into infiltration process. Even in T2 the resistance led by Connor fought on almost equal footing with the machines in open battle (which makes sense since he won the future war). In this one we see how dangerous T-800 units are when equipped with proper weaponry. Another plus of this scene is it shows that you don't need Arnold to make something atmospheric and genuine in T franchise.

This scene puts "badass" into badass. This is probably the most iconic scene of Arnold in any movie.
