And the first person that says, "money, duh", is getting popped in the jaw. :cmad:

My mom gets on me occasionally because I always carry my debit card around in lieu of cash and she says, "you should always have some cash on you for emergencies." I have it on occasion, but it's just easier to keep the card, and less drag when I'm mobile. I used to have the checkbook, but since no one but people that look like Teddy Roosevelt seem to use checks anymore, I switched over to the card but good.

Cash, always. I never write checks (except for rent) and I rarely, if ever, pay with a card.

I have my debit card, credit card, and cash. But I mostly use cash.

Mostly cash. I'll occasionally use a debit card for big purchases. I hate using a debit card for anything less than $10.

cash and a CC

Cash, but that's just because I don't have a check book or any cards. :o

I carry US dollars, Candian dollars, British pound sterling, and Japanese yen depending on my mood.

I only use my debit card from my checking account.

I rarely if ever have cash on me.

What kind of store would take a cheque as payment? Like, I'm talking places like clothing stores/grocery stores/restaurants.

Would any of those places ACTUALLY accept a cheque???

I'm a spender, so normally have cash on me... and then I don't.

I stick with my debit, I don't like carrying too much cash on me out of fear of losing it. If someone steals my debit card, I can cancel that **** right quick.

1. Debt
2. Cash
3. Check
4. Credit Card

It surprises me how many people don't bother to carry a small amount of cash. Debit cards may be convenient but keep at least a $20 on you for places that don't take cards, or for if a place's computers are down.

I work at a store with a $5 minimum for cards, and when someone wants to buy a $2 item and they don't have any cash(seriously, you can't put $5 in your pocket?) they don't like being told they have to buy something else.

I use my Debit and Credit Cards the most. I rarely ever have Cash on me, like the most cash I have on me now is $5. I carry my Checkbook around more than I carry Cash.

You all are aware that Terry is just going to beat the **** out of the person in here that confesses that they carry hundreds of dollars and then steal it.

I know of more than a few places that so rarely get anyone paying in cash that the employees look at you weirdly when you try paying with it.
