There have been so many over the years, that I would have a hard time narrowing it. Cap's list would pretty much mirror mine. I'll limit my self to 3 old-timey guys, and 3 recent guys:

Sal Buscema
John Byrne
George Perez

JRJR - both old and new

Scott Kolins
Andrea DiVito
McNiven

I'd pretty much buy any title Marvel put any of these guys on.

I may be going out on a limb here, but you can't have 40 favorite artists. I mean, just listing every single person working on a Marvel book really just shows that you like just any artist Marvel throws on a book.

Kind of dilutes the word "favorite" a bit, doesn't it?

Exactly.

For me, it comes down to Lark, Epting, Aja, McNiven, McGuinness and Raimondi. Working right now at Marvel.

Then I have artists I really like, but wouldn't call them favorites like Travel Foreman, Oliver Copiel, Jim Cheung, Bachalo, and Cassaday.

And this post shows that you need to stop thinking that the world has to think like you do and like what you think is good. Common sense should tell you that even if somebody likes an artist, it doesn't mean he's right for any series.

And no, it doesn't "show" that I like whatever artist they shove on a book... I seriously have no idea why I bother trying to lower my communication, because no matter how low I go, it's still never enough to get through to some. I'll be sure to let you know when I will like Chris Bachalo or Billy Tan or Adi Granov or "any" artist that they throw on a book.

Wow, you didn't list 3 artists. WOW! You probably just forgot them.

Seriously, you can't have 40 favorite artists. You just can't.

You can list them how you want to. I can list them how I want to. That's easy enough to figure out, and so should my VERY FAVORITE artist be easy enough to figure out, if you really want to construct my favorites list like you construct yours. The list should have been appreciated, since it's helpful to figure out your own, but nope, the internet is too negative for that. I wasn't doing ALL TIME favorite artsits, but you don't see me complaining and whining about people who listed theirs as all time favorites.

I'll let you know when I decided to let you tell me what I can and can't do...

It's pretty easy to say and know you're not wrong about it, but no one, NO ONE has Shawn Moll on any of their favorite lists. Except for you of course.

Wow...seriously, I think you are in need of stepping away from the computer and getting out of the house for some fresh air. Do you know what you sound like? You need some perspective.

So wait, everyone has Shawn Moll on their favorite lists? I don't need perspective son, I got what I sound like pretty down. I sound like someone who is rocking some *****ebag on the internet pretty hard, and said *****ebag is catching feelings like a fox.

Are you bipolar? (as well as dumb) That explains much.

I'm actually Schizophrenic, but who's counting.

And seriously, is calling people "dumb" the only thing you got? I'm getting bored.

Again, you act as if I'm supposed to care if you're bored or not. Dumb pretty much sums you up.

I surely hope that Mark Bagley hasn't been mentioned yet solely because he's technically going to be a DC artist now...right?

My alltime faves:
1. Mark Bagley
2. JR Jr
3. Steve McNiven
4. Kaare Andrews
5. J. Scott Campbell
6. Mark Brooks

There's no technically about it, he's DC exclusive.

I was under the impression that he still has a quick project or two to finish before he's done. Am I wrong?

He's probably done with all those projects by now. I think Mighty Avengers was one, and some sort of Ultimate Spider-Man Annual was the other.

Bagley is DC, so I didn't mention him or Gary Frank or Scot Kolins.

Guice

...John Byrne is probably my least favorite,he's just an ugly and bitter man pissed at the world sitting at his computer
