Who here had actually heard about the man thing movie.

Its already aired on Sci-fi like three times already and its out on dvd, wasn't the best movie, but worth a look.

Saw it on Sci-fi. Didn't look a lot like the comic character.

I heard about it before it was released. Saw it go back and forth from theater release, to direct to DVD, then finally to direct to Sci-Fi. Very unfortunate. It's a great character that got totally wasted.

saw it on sci-fi and later rent the dvd but even with the extra violence and nudity it still was a bad movie

rent it, don't bother to buy it unless you like cheesy movies

Like crap.

Very very boring movie. I gave it a rent on DVD. What the Hell was Marvel thinking????

It had at least one good thing: excellent fake blood!

Actually, I think some credit should be given to what the title character looked like. I thought the Man-Thing himself looked pretty good. Very faithfull to the comic. But that alone doesn't make the movie worth it. It's still just B-A-D.

Man-Thing himself was a carbon copy. The problem with the movie though is it wasn't a Man-Thing movie, it was a movie with Man-Thing in it. I liked the idea, not so much the execution...

For a movie named Man-Thing, Man-Thing wasnt actually in it a whole lot. It was a decent B-Movie though. Bruce Campbell should have been the sheriff though. And the design of the character was nice. They moved the location of the swamp though, guess someone got him confused with Swamp Thing on that one. Although I was very surprised they used The Nexus Of All Realities in the movie though, wasnt expecting a little detail like that to make it in. I would have liked to have some more screen time for Man-Thing, and the man he was before Man-Thing though.

Thanks for the pic i dont think he looks that good at all.

LOL i thought it was the same thing

Rumor has it the 2 guys were actually roommates at the time, and each came upith their "swamp monster" character independently of each other around the same time.
