Still say Batman. There's so many attributes that helps him in fights, misdirection, intelligence, always having a plan, and best of all in the Nolan movies, knocking a dude out with one hit. It'd be hard with Iron Man's suit, but if Batman's suit had all the strength of Iron Man's it would be a 2 second ko. He could very well rock Iron Man's heart piece with those hard knuckles on his gloves too.
