Who would win in a fight? [The VS Game]

[Abstract]

Tough one.

Both are brilliant. Iron Man has superior fire-power, and can fly in addition to how strong and tough the armor is.

Batman on the other hand is cunning and usually more than a step ahead of his adversary.

Both have near unlimited resources.

I say Batman, because I think he would out wit Iron Man provided he had some warning.

Iron Man, brutally and easily.

Movie version, Batman got beatup by dogs, Joker with a steal pipe and Scarecrow lighting him on fire.

Iron Man has all sorts of weapons, even those missles on his shoulders that find thier targets.

Iron Man withstood being shot by two F-22 Raptors, a tank, Iron Mongers miniguns and missles, yet Batman is going to take him down? LMAO!

Comic version would be like Iron Man vs Captain America only faster and more brutal, since Tony didn't really want to fight Cap.

This one's easy. Iron Man.

Because we're talking the movie versions, Tony Stark is much, much smarter than Bruce Wayne. Not to mention in a 1-on-1 fight, Tony's suit can damn near take anything Batman could throw at him. Just one successful hit from any of Iron Man's weapons would completely take Batman out.

Let's be serious here, guys. Batman is my favorite character, but it's not because he can *beat* anyone in a fight. It's because he is arguably the most complex and coolest superhero ever created. Just because he will lose to another character in a fight does nothing to diminish that.

Round 4 / Batman Vs the Terminator

As for the past rounds, someone mentioned TDK Batman and how he was taken down by dogs and severely injured by Scarecrow... I'm pretty sure this thread ecompasses all versions of Batman, including the version that has taken down the whole Justice League, most of the X-Men, Carnage, and the Incredible Hulk. How does an ordinary human beat all of these super-powered beings? Well for one, he never underestimates his opponents. He's a strategist. He's taken down much bigger threats than Spider-Man using a combination of martial arts, weaponry, knowledge of his opponents' weakness(es), and being tactical.

As for the Batman Vs Terminator. Gearhead is a Bat-villain comparable to the Terminator and Bats usually kicks his fender every one-shot comic they've ever faced off in. Terminator may be a little tougher than Gearhead, but not enough to tip the scale in his favor. So once again, I say Batman.

Batman Vs Ironman really could go either way. They're both brilliant men who have no superpowers, and instead an arsenal of weapons and highly equipped suits.

Ironman's advantage is that his suit is made of...well...iron. He can fly (and at ridiculous speeds), and I'd say the weapons he's equipped with are a little more grandeur than Batman's.

Batman's advantages are that he's a high trained fighter, meaning if he could blow Stark out of the sky, and ultimately shut down his suit, Stark would be in for a beatdown the old-fashioned way. Also, Batman isn't cocky. Arrogance often loses the battle.
