My FIANCEE is a flash developer...he decompiled it and constructed a new file using the functions controlling the encryption to get the color order and the URL...the encryption type was Rijndael encryption...so please stop asking me...I can't really splain where the cypher or the original code came from..it is super SUPER complicated...and I am not lying...

Ahhh, so I need to open the Flash file and do some crazy stuff to see it?

I tried saving the file but opening it in a regular Flash player only loaded a green screen. I just figured there was some XML in it or something.

Is it at all possible that the timecode thing is just a simple substitution cipher? Last two digits are the letter, first two digits give us word breaks? Following usual patterns of letter frequency (ETAONRISHDLFCMUG etc.) we might at least posit this as a starting point:

if the animated gif IS all the breaks we're working with the wrong numbers. I havent been able to convert it (all the programs are hobbled w/o registering) and I think a full frame-by-frame would be helpful.

King, how did you strip the swf to gif?

I actually took screen shots of the clip and used gimp to make a scene by scene gif with the pictures I saved. Ill make a slower one for you(and whoever else that is interested) if you want

Yeah yeah...no XML tho...its just all built in non dynamic style....
