The Dark Knight WhySoSerious.com/Laughtilithurts (First Post Recap)

I really don't know what to believe at this point, but I'm still hanging to a notion that there's something we've missed. Maybe not. Maybe it won't all make sense until next week. Maybe I'm talking out of my ass. Whatever.

- lmao! Never sir, never!! :p

I've continued to try, but nuffin muffins!

The only clung onto link that's possible to make is that Static did beat the Joker...but again, I just don't connect that to this game...

...but always, onwards!!

im still wondering why those buttons on the bottom right of the vid dont do anything

Yeah, I know that's also frustrating. I've also tried a tab button thing and it highlights different parts...maybe today... lmao!!

So I've got two thoughts concerning all of this.

#1- If you look at the date on the timestamp of the static video, the date is 6/16/08, even though we didn't view the video until what, three days later? Then it goes to Dock 138, and Camera 4131. So I i tried calling the phone number 866-831-1314. It went to an automated message saying "Welcome to the conference calling center. At any time during this message, please enter your passcode, followed by the pound sign." I tried entering a series of codes, but nothing worked. Upon entering a number, it tells you to look at your conference information, or contact your conference leader. May be completely useless, but any thoughts?

#2- Once I enter the gbyg etc. code on the wheel from the LTIH game, the ticket pops out. Once that happens, if you tab over to the ticket slot and press enter repeatedly, the entire screen goes black except for the ticket. Any thoughts?

Perhaps the people that aren't thinking about that number mess should maybe think about the things that are more... In front of us, if you will :woot:

Nice thoughts for your 1st post!!

Where did you get the number in #1 for the conference call center?

I read the date, then the camera and dock number backwards. Since I noticed that the date was 6/16/8, then Dock 138, then Camera 4131.

Thus I got the number 866-831-1314.

Who knows? It was just an idea! :whatever:

Well I cant find a company associated with the number online through a reverse lookup. Any ideas on the conference ID?

That conference call center is for business to use live meeting. I use those about once a week. So the number means nothing. Everyone dials in, enters passcode and its a giant conference call for hundreds of people.

Well I don't ever make conference calls ever, sooooo....

I figured it wasn't something, but it was worth posting, right? :(

You guys might want to take a look at the new site that's popped up, maybe there is a common thread between the two?

Okay so called the conference center tried several names and numbers. Input 'knight' and it said passcode acecpted I was the only one in there at the time. They said another call was taking place. The operator said to press *0 for call help. Any ideas?

It's probably a real conference line. I use them every week at work. I figure you're calling into a legit conference service.

I seriously doubt this is viral-related...who are we going to talk with, Lt. Gordon or the Joker?

are you on now?

I think tanker was onto something. Cause there seems to be only one other party involved in the call, which is in session. I mean its worth trying by as strob said who is going to contact us?

Well this will actually be fairly easy to check. Whichever one of you wants to call the number, call it, get in the conference, and hit "0" for help. Then ask the tech support guy if he's with the viral...

I got a tech on hitting *0, told me to wait til someone comes into group, I gave him the knight code and Jim Gordon was the coordinator.

A wild-goose chase. Sorry guys...but I'm banking on it. I can't believe the tech didn't tell you outright. Maybe ask what company it is and explain that you got the number from a game.

I am willing to guarantee this is a real conference line, not an in-game number...

i am in there too!! more people need to get in there??
