Longshot: maybe this text is supposed to help us out...?

Closed-circuit television (CCTV) is the use of video cameras to transmit a signal to a specific, limited set of monitors. It differs from broadcast television in that the signal is not openly transmitted, though it may employ point-to-point wireless links. CCTV is often used for surveillance in areas, which need security, such as banks, casinos, and airports or military installations.

In industrial plants, CCTV equipment may be used to observe parts of a process that are remote from a control room, or where the environment is not comfortable for humans.

CCTV systems may operate continuously or only as required to monitor a particular event. The video transmitted can also be retained for storage by also installing a CCTV recording system, typically a Digital Video Recorder (DVR) or Network Video Recorder (NVR).

CCTV systems will:

Increase security merely with its presence by producing deterrence

Visually identify threats and security breaches

Record as evidence

From your keyboard to God's ears, my friend.

I am in no way praying for hippos to be the answer. That would just be horrible. I mean I would even accept Joker fish like that episode of Batman: TAS but Joker Hippos? Man would that be bad.

Eye leave for 8 hours... and the topic has become hippos..... nice.... very nice... lol.....

We've already cracked it. It's Hippos. That's the answer. Just Hippos.

What are you doing?

have we already deduced that the frame three seconds in is a close up of the jokers nose and mouth from the first image they revealed of him last year?
