I actually heard some females say they want to get the Wii so they can workout every day. It's actually a clever thing to do, but a lot of gamers that are hardcore prefer to sit their chubby asses on the couch as opposed to move.

i stand up to play, but i still don't think i get much of a workout from anything other than boxing
