I agree. And it's possible that the FCC or whomever, can deem Disney as a monopoly even if they came to light.

Also, like Disney, Time Warner is a huge company that is hugely successful so this is not even possible. If Warner is struggling studio or a smaller company like MGM or Dreamworks, then that's a different story. And it's not in Warner's interest to sell DC to anyone; nor do I think it's Disney's interest to want to buy DC. It's bad for business, and it's pointless.

Disney is at a point where they have spent too much money buying properties.

The shareholders probably want to make sure that money was well spent before Disney burns another 5 billion.

So maybe after Marvel phase three and Star Wars 7-9 bring in another few billion will Disney consider making another huge, mega-purchase.

I don't want a single studio owning al the superheroes.

All it takes is one CEO who hates superheroes to take power and suddenly every major superhero gets shelved for 20 years.

Disney has been in that realm for years. They knew what they were doing buying two of the biggest fanboy sacred cows in existence.
