Ok so this was mentioned during the marvel's SDCC live streams, (which they still have to put those recored parts up on you tube, in case you missed them, and it seem it's less likely that will happen though ) unfortunately for alot of people it's an IOS title.(We'll see if it comes to android) there another ip(maybe) or expansion called "War of heroes" but I'm holding off on that til I know if it's it's own thing or apart of marvel heroes or Avengers alliance.

Marvel and Aeria Games’ mobile division have teamed up to release X-Men: Battle of the Atom for iPhone. No, this has nothing to do with the Children of the Atom fighting game.

Marvel and Aeria Games’ mobile division have teamed up to release X-Men: Battle of the Atom for iPhone. No, this has nothing to do with the Children of the Atom fighting game—it’s a card battle game.

Battle of the Atom has “more than 45 missions” and allows you to create 20-player teams for 20-on-20 battles. The game will also include “multi-month” story arcs and raid events, where you’ll fight prominent villains like Magneto, the Hellfire Club, Apocalypse and the Dark Phoenix.

X-Men: Battle of the Atom is available as a free download for iPhone now. You can check it out on the iTunes App Store.

Bah. I got tired of CCGs back in high school. If they tried to do another Ultimate Alliance game, I'd love that.
