Whoever has this, I need help. Whenever I try to convert any video file, it always says 'Failed' in the status place What's going on?

Does it list anything to do with sound or video error? My guess is you're either trying to change it to a codec you don't have, or the video has errors to start with.

Or maybe the file is copyrighted? I dunno... I'm just saying stuff off the top of my head.
