Horror 'Yellowjackets'

Hillary Swank must be playing as the older version of one of the survivors? The blonde with the baseball cap, I guess?

From the new trailer, it didn't look like they were that many by the end of season2, so I'm confused. Iirc, there were 10 girls and two guys by the end of season 2?

Just finished my rewatch. I'm ready!!!! :D

Great start to the season but these two-year-long gaps between seasons (not just this show) make it really hard to remember what all has happened. I didn’t even remember if Mari or Melissa were characters who were in previous seasons (they were, but I had to go back and check) or if they were trying to pull the “Lost” thing and were just like “oh, they’ve been in the background all this time.”

Just watched the first two episodes. Same yummy, quirky goodness. I hope the time jump doesn't mean this is the last season. I love this show a lot. :)

One thing about the (present day) time jump. They said it was six weeks since the end of last season. But they just had the funeral for Natalie. Huh?

Getting back to what I said in the past. The episode title for the next episode confirmed there are still 12 girls... they didn't look that many by the end of season 2.

I hope there's a road map for this. I really wonder when are they going to take these girls out of the forest. I don't want to wait 3 more seasons for that.

I can’t be the only one who thought of this tonight.

They just need to renew this for S4/5 so they can conclude the series. Start wrapping things up.

The way I feel about this is kinda similar to the Boys. But unlike the Boys, I binged watch season 1/2 back to back, then there was a bit of a long wait for season 3 and when season 3 arrived, it was not as good as I hope it would be. And I'm thinking we might not get the fourth season until early 2027 and the waiting just sucks, so I'm hoping we are now in the middle portion of the whole story, and if possible, maybe end the show by season 4 instead of season 5.

There's only 29 episodes which isn't really many compare to the serialized shows I watched in the 2000s/2010s. But this era of Tv shows with less than 13 episodes per season, and you have to wait more than a year for a new season, just ruin the anticipation for me. Its harder to get invested in tv shows these days.

It's for the best. I like at least 5 seasons/50 episodes for my shows in this new boring world but I dont think they could stretch it out that far

A concept like this always had a shelf life, and I’m glad Showtime acknowledged that instead of being willing to keep this going 7-8 seasons.
