God I'm not strong enough to remember everything I read from 2010 :( But I'll catalogue this year, just to piss myself off by the time it's all over. I'm going to take your idea TronB and separate the prose/OGNs and short stories. I read poetry too, but they wouldn't exactly fall in as 'books', unless we're talking epics or longer poems. Will not be doing a separate list for essays, even though there will certainly be several. It'd be like listing articles, and that's just tiresome for me.

Prose
Frankenstein
by Mary Shelley
The Innocent Man by John Grisham
Indecent Exposure by Tom Sharpe

Verse
The Iliad by Homer (the Chaplin translation - for class)

Short-Stories/Novellas
Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad (second read, this time without pressures of classwork)

OGNs (will list the writers and pencillers only)
Batman The Long Halloween,
Batman Dark Victory
, both by Tim Sale and Jeph Loeb
Batman: Venom by Denny O' Niel and Russel Braun
Watchmen by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons
(all re-reads of course)

Also, a nod of thanks goes to ComicChick for starting this thread, and inadvertently making the "what's the last book you read" thread a bit less mechanical. We should try discussion there and save lists for this one.

EDIT: Just wondering, should I write down what I'm planning to read, or just what I've actually read?
