dont do that crap during the show them saying send text message to what ever # and all that. cause the those guys have your # and they will start sending you text messages thare are like 5 or 10 $ each one. i learned my lesson there not to give my cell phone # out to any public company.

A lot of the ones you listed I've out grown and developed taste for the game shows with scandal,such as Wife Swap and Trading Spouses. I admit I'm a voyeur
