Aksys Games has released an eight-minute gameplay video of the high-definition remaster of Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors from Zero Escape: The Nonary Games showcasing the game’s new features.


The remaster features higher resolution graphics and the options to switch between “Adventure” and “Novel” modes. Adventure mode displays the dialogue in text boxes, while Novel modes displays both the dialogue and narration like a script on top of the character sprites and background.


Zero Escape: The Nonary Games is due out for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita on March 24 in North America, for PlayStation 4 on March 24 and PS Vita in Q4 2017 in Europe, and worldwide for PC via Steam on March 24.

Aksys Games will release the game on March 24 in North America, where it will be available physically and digitally for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, and digitally on PC via Steam. In Europe, the game will also launch digitally for PS4 and Steam on March 24, but the PS Vita version of the game has been delayed to the fourth quarter of 2017. The game will launch in Japan for PC on March 25, and for PS4 and PS Vita on April 13.
999 will be updated with HD graphics and English and Japanese voice acting. Virtue's Last Reward already features both English and Japanese voice-overs, but 999 does not. Aksys revealed that some voice actors from Virtue's Last Reward will reprise their roles in the new 999 ports. The collection will not include [Highlight to read minor 999 spoilers] the exclusive extra ending from 999: The Novel, the iOS port of 999.
Aksys Games released 999 for Nintendo DS in 2009 and the sequel, Virtue's Last Reward, for Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation Vita in 2013. The third game in the series, Zero Time Dilemma, shipped for PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS on June 28.

Here’s some info about the game shared on the Amazon product page:

No further details were shared, but we’ll likely hear more about it soon now that the cat is out of the bag. With the addition of Zero Time Dilemma on PS4, that means the collection of three games will become available on the console with the first two titles available through Zero Escape: The Nonary Games.

Update: Aksys has confirmed on Twitter that Zero Time Dilemma is heading to the PlayStation 4. It will arrive in Fall 2017.

Zero Time Dilemma is available on PlayStation Vita, Nintendo 3DS, and PC.

Rising Star Games will release physical versions of The Nonary Games and Zero Time Dilemma in Europe, the company announed.
The physical version of The Nonary Games will launch first on September 8 for £49.99. And the physical version of Zero Time Dilemma will follow on September 22 for £44.99.
