Best line from the movie trailer was I think the beginning narrated by Nick Fury:

“There was an idea...”

It wad clever because it had a double meaning within and outside of the movie:

1) to unite all the superheroes

2) to create a cinematic universe

No way.

Best line by a thousand miles was when bp said and get that man a shield. Gave me the shivers that peter got on that bus.

Besides those few lines and the stuff from Thanos, there wasn't a whole lot of conversation in that trailer. Not really complaining as they work very well with the footage that was shown.

My personal favorite, courtesy of Thanos:

"In time you will know what it's like to lose, to feel so desperately that you're right, yet to fail all the same. Dread it, run from it. Destiny still arrives."

Wonder if that's Thanos psychologically breaking down Stark, since there was nothing Stark could have done to prevent this despite having his vision in AOU.

Possibly, unless it was specifically written for the trailer à la Bruce Wayne's voice-over in the Batman Begins teaser.

As a big fan of The Crow Thanos's line "but this does put a smile on my face" instantly made me think of Top Dollar.

Just realized, the entire “There was an idea” quote from the trailer came directly from Nick Fury line-by-line in the first Avengers.

Hands down.

Yep! It was a great throwback. I was only 13 when The Avengers came out, and it's amazing thinking how much has changed - in my life and in the MCU - since then. Made me nostalgic.

Thought that was obvious.

Is Fury actually in this one though? We haven’t seen him since Ultron.

A few months ago Samuel L. Jackson said he hadn't been called in for Infinity War or Avengers 4. Seems odd that he wouldn't be in at least one of them in some form, though.
