Linus Sebastian has been caught using AI to make video thumbnails and his fans couldn't care less.

But for real we're starting to see why forcing AI everywhere isn't a good idea.

That computer looks like something Steve Jobs or the old Sony Vaio team would have cooked up.
For sure. It's like form over practicality/function.

I work in the medical field so standards are quite strict. The UI/UX is done with rectangular screens in mind fortunately. One "hard" part is developing apps/software for embedded devices where the screen is basically a 7" tablet so we have to do layout optimization.

So I got a larger USB hub yesterday for my external drives to plug into. Get everything hooked up to the new surge protector, turn the computer back on, nothing. Restart, nothing. turn it off, put the old USB hub back on, still nothing. Finally, I look at the surge protector. Light is on, it should be working. I flip the power switch anyways, light is still on. Turn the computer back on, everything comes up. It turns out this particular protector has a light whether it is on or off and I had no power to the external drives.

Lesson learned (again). Always make sure the power is on before you try to troubleshoot hardware issues. :funny:

Well, that's some bad design...
