This movie is going to be awesome on Blu-Ray!

One of the things that is interesting is the pyramids, and the people who definitely look like they belong to an antedeluvian civilization. Perhaps Atlantis or Lemuria.

I do like that the film presents things as they probably occurred and not as the dogmatic conservative historians or archaeologists would have us believe they occurred.

Source: Mike Markus
January 21, 2008

Warner Bros. Pictures has brought online the full official website for director Roland Emmerich's epic, 10,000 B.C., opening in theaters on March 7. The new site includes an extended clip that takes place in D'Leh's (Steven Strait) village, along with downloads, photos and more.

Click here here to check it out!

there's a couple new clips if you navigate through the website

I'm really looking forward to this one.

This movie looks great but I have two cents to add in:

1. The CGI on the Sabretooth Tiger's face is terrible
2. If the characters didn't talk and just sort of grunted and stuff with subtitles, that would've been better then them all speaking English!

Other then that, this movie looks AWESOME!

EDIT:
Giant Eagles!? WTF!?

In a remote mountain tribe, the young hunter, D'Leh (Steven Strait), has found his heart's passion - the beautiful Evolet (Camilla Belle). When a band of mysterious warlords raid his village and kidnap Evolet, D'Leh is forced to lead a small group of hunters to pursue the warlords to the end of the world to save her. Driven by destiny, the unlikely band of warriors must battle saber-tooth tigers and prehistoric predators and, at their heroic journey's end, they uncover a Lost Civilization. Their ultimate fate lies in an empire beyond imagination, where great pyramids reach into the skies. Here they will take their stand against a powerful god who has brutally enslaved their people.
wow he beefed up  :O

You're crazy, boy. That sabretooth was decent. Now if it was talking a la Aslan, then yeah.

I said before that's what The Flintstones pet cat would look like if he just got pissed one day.

at first I thought this movie looked like Apocolypto and looked horrible but I'm kinda pumped for it though now.

Unfinished CGI is never even a possibility anymore?

Man, it looked fake. For today's standards I give it :down
I dunno. That sabretooth was pretty bad...

Man, Apocalypto was great and this is just gonna be better!

Nope. And It's probably not unfinished. At least not in trailer 2 and in the poster. The movie's done and the tiger still looks bad. Either way, the rest looks amazing!

I agree. Should have went in a similar direction as apocalypto,. I hope there is very little dialog.

I think it would have been best with none. just grunts. no subtitles. But the general audience would not have enjoyed that.

The superbowl spot was a waste of money.

Hopefully the Hulk trailer will be attached to this.

Oh, and do they have humans coexisting with Dinosaurs in this?

I'm pretty sure dinosaurs existed 65 million years ago. So my guess is no. :oldrazz:

Oh I'm not talking about facts, I'm just wondering if the movie disregarded some... In the trailer I could of sworn I saw something scaly running around.
That would be ******ed.

Oh ok. Haha you had me worried there for a moment. I think that was a big bird-like thing.

Actually, Emmerich was trying to keep it under wraps, but the above do appear at some point in the film.

I just cant get myself hyped to see this. Ill see it tho, but like someone said above, grunts and no subtitles would be great but im sure people would complain about that.

I actually think the tiger looks fine, great actually

This looks less appealing to me than spiderwick chronicles and that does not bode well for its boxoffice prospects.

i'm interested in seeing it. mostly for the main character, caveman guy.
