#1 Which superhero movie did you think was going to be awful, but ended up spectacular? None, I don't see movies I think will be awful.
#2 Vice versa, which superhero movie did you think was going to be a classic, but ended up a wreck? I had high hopes for both X3 and Superman Returns, but both disappointed me.
#3 Which is better? Superman IV or Batman and Robin? Haven't seen Superman IV in forever, so I can't answer this.
#4 Which actor has done the best job to date of representing his or her comic book superhero on the big screen? The late Christopher Reeves is still equated with Superman in the minds of the public, but speaking for recent flims, I'd say Patrick Stewart (Charles Xavier) or Ron Perlman (Hellboy).
#5 You have one superhero film to make. You can pick one director of any comic book film in history. Who would you choose? Brett Ratner, even though I was disappointed with X3, it was the writing, not the direction that let me down. Ratner's movies have a fun quality to them (though, of course, I'm not speaking of Hannibal), and I feel that's necessary for a comic book adaption.
#6 Which actor and actress had the best chemistry and most believable love story of any superhero flick? Scott Summers (James Marsden) and Jean Grey (Famke Janssen) in X2.
I think Ioan and Alba in FF had no chemistry at all.
#7 Which actor and actress had the worst chemistry and least believable love story of any superhero flick? Superman and Lois Lane in Superman Returns.
#8 If you could remake any superhero film, no matter what year it was released, no matter how big budget or trivial it was, which one would you pick?
#9 Realistic muscles or acting ability? Which matters more when casting a superhero? Acting ability always, a person can work out to get muscle, but if they can't act they can't act.
#10 Which actor or actress has done the best job as a villain in a superhero film? Rebecca Romjin as Mystique.
