i was thinking more along She - Hulk and Hawkeye, since she had history with them.

Nope, read Civil War Frontline 1 and 2. He's alive and getting raped in the ass.

And my deduction on Namor is based on the fact that he's in the Wolverine issues, which center around tracking down Nitro. I assume Namor will want some information at some point.

My first instinct was Firestar, so I stick with that.

I'm thinking both the guy that ****ed everything up (Fury) and the guy that started it all (Stark) are gonna get arrested.

I'm undecided. I wouldn't be surprised if Namor tortured Nitro, but then again, I bet they're going to be pushing the dark side of Tony some more too.

If Cap gets arrested, who will lead those against registration? Hey... you know what would be awesome? If Cap got arrested and the Falcon started wearing Cap's costume as a symbol to rally more heroes. Sam's getting the most exposure he's ever had, but this would be huge. It would make his impending death all the more meaningful.

Mark my words this is how it's gonna go down.

1. JMS likes his cosmic stuff and he has a mad-on for Silver Surfer.
2. We already know. CW #2
3. We already know. CW Frontline #2
4. Mark Millar has a mad-on for Cap, and he can't help, but make political statements and what better way than to screw over the embobiment of America.
5. Comic Book Resource and Robert Kirkman let that cat out of the bag.
6. His appearance in Wolverine makes the case and Namorita dying.
7. We already know. CW #1
8. Marvel can't keep anything secret, they have been gushing over this, low rent Thor replacement for months, and when and if the old school Avengers return especially Thor, it'll make a good show down between the two.
9. I say AF in some form.
10. These two make the most sense.
12. Young Avengers, simply cause of them siding with Cap and being the usurpers of the New Warriors spot as 'the Teen heroes'.

it's gotta be Sue, it's so obvious with what happened to her brother and the fact that Reed is keeping things from her will just make her turn more willingly. I think this will be really interesting.

Alpha Flight and the West Coast Avengers. Alpha Flight will be a piss poor attempt to compare superheroes to Vietnam War draftees (just like in Civil War: Frontline where they piss-poorly and tastelessly compared superheroes to interned Japanese-Americans). My guess is that Alpha Flight will consist of a few former members of Alpha Flight such as Northstar and a few American "draft" dodgers will join the team. The West Coast Avengers will represent the split between Iron Man and Captain America. My guess is that the Hulk, Thor, the Falcon, Daredevil, and Spider-Man will join Captain America's team. Iron Man's team will have Ms. Marvel, Yellowjacket, Wasp, Black Widow, the Sentry, and Wonder Man.
