13 Most Ridiculous TV Shows Ever to Get Green-Lit

Hell no. "Beauty and the Beast" was one of my favorite shows as a kid.

I also liked "Automan", "Fall Guy", "The Greatest American Hero", "The Master", "The Misfits of Science" and "Out of This World". The rest were either before my time, or I just never watched.

That writer either was already old when those shows came out, or he was one cynical kid.

can anything with a ninja be considered bad? :ninja:

well BJ and the Bear certainly belongs

nope- erino
i'd rather watch a series about a ninja /martial arts hero than reality shows or police prcedurals any day of the week:ninja:

I'm not sure as I've never watched it, but this is pretty damn funny.

Memorable story arcs include the time they got in the fight about who used up the last of the conditioner, and the time the Beast got upset after being left alone in the house all day and flung his feces all over the walls and ceiling.

As is this:

Between this show and Three's Company, it becomes readily apparent that if you were unfortunate enough to be a landlord in the '70s and '80s, your life must have been one neverending maze of deceit and betrayal.

I dont think the list is supposed to be saying that these series' were bad, but to say that their basic concept was just so absurd its hard to see how it ever was green-lit.

HEY! Stop spreading logic and reason! That's not what we like around here, dang it!

I remember some special on TV pilots for shows that never got the greenlit, for good reason. Among them, there was one for a Daredevil series where he wore a black ninja-like suit and a blindfold! Another one included a "little guy" who was some kind of detective or something like that and they actually show him defeating a normal size guy in hand-to-hand fight!

Automan wasn't bad or ridiculous. It was a neat idea.

wtf ..this list sucks...i watched everyone of those shows..i loved them
