A fight's a freaking fight. Whoever wins, wins. You think there's rules in DB of how a fight goes? No, they use everything they got to win. How's that any different than anyone else?

You have a gun and are going up against a freaking big guy, who wants to beat you to death. You're going to follow 'rules' of a fight, discarding the gun and fighting him mano a mano? No. The sane guy would use the gun and incapcitate him or kill him.
