-This place is huge! The sheer amount of topics and the unprecedented speed of replies (before the Hype, the busiest forum I went to might've had 2 new topics a day I wanted to join in and only a dozen total replies to existing conversations) pretty much made this the only forum I go to.
-Quite possibly the only person I've gotten confrontational with this year was GambitXremy.

-In a nearby city just east of San Francisco.
-I actually just lost my job in retail at a department store. So I'm unemployed and using this opportunity (and a little mooching off my family) to go back to school.

-I'd go back to when I was 14 and do just about everything differently from High School onward. Except for the friends I made, of course.
-Join more clubs, try out for more plays, go to the parties I turned down, not slack off during my senior year so much, go to a real college, not drop out of college, get a job that doesn't involve retail. But mostly get some more tail when I had the chance.
-Not going to AT&T to get my cellphone replaced yet. It's been turning itself off and not telling me when I missed a call when it does so.
-Internet access with no music.
-It'd be a 4 course meal consisting of tomato soup, various kinds of sushi, a perfectly cooked steak with a fully decked out baked potato and maybe some shrimp skewers on the side, and a double-dessert consisting of both creme brulee and cheesecake (because why not have both?).
-Give me any 5 annoying Bat-fans. Not the normal Bat-fans. The TDK weirdos who destroyed the Hype's server pretty much throughout 2008.

-I think Disney bought Marvel because Marvel is doing something right, and they wouldn't want to mess with a working formula. However, one company buying another company creates a lot of redundancies in management, and I think it's realistic to assume Marvel's management structure is going to see some major changes over the next few years, and with that someone is going to be placed in a position where they'll feel obligated to make changes to justify their job. That's going to cause a lot of changes to come to Marvel over the coming years, but it is currently unclear how far those changes will extend, or whether they'll be beneficial to the financial success and creative freedom of the publishing and film divisions of Marvel. So I've got a "wait and see" attitude right now.

-I grew up on R&B and hip-hop, but I've found myself gravitating a lot toward classic rock songs lately. I have a deep appreciation for the music of the 70's in most genres, and I respect country music though I do not listen to it often. I dabble in classical-type music, but I like the relative simplicity of baroque over the later romantic and traditional classical styles. In other words, I like Bach more than Beethoven.
