You can't just take people out of the running because you know they'll win, that's not fair. What's the point in voting if the person who wins would have (potentially) been in second/third place had the voters actually been able to have their say?

If someone else stands to win then let them win fairly. It's a hollow victory when you remove anyone from the running, be it previous winners or otherwise.

Come to think of it; silver or bronze medal look better than no medal.

I mean, you might as well have just gone ahead and decided all the winners for all the categories if you're just going to pick and choose them yourself. Make it a blanket-rule across every award to say no previous winners can be nominated. Cherry picking just because you personally want to see someone other than Kane or Hunter take this one particular award is unfair to them, the voters and the other nominees (other than yourself).

Incidentally Aziz, I hope you don't take this personally. I like and respect you, I just think you could go about this in a better way.

I understand the why, you've explained your reasons without confusion. But your reasons don't make it right or fair.
