I put it in my post... When you have to build almost every venue, and then you do not continue to use those venues, you end up losing billions, not making a profit. Pretty much what I said in the post. Other places that have the venues already built would only need to make certain changes, not start from scratch...AND those venues in these other places, like Dallas or even Houston, along with several other places in the US and around the world (not really up on other places round the world that have the venue set up like I'm talking ,but I'm sure there are a few) those venues are being used right now, therefore those cities could actually make a profit from the Olympics, something that has not been done in decades, if ever considering some of their choices of cities.
