me too, I've got rent,phone,internet,groceries and gas for the car all hitting me at once.When all said and done I have about $700 for myself a month to do whatever I want.

I actually have about $1000 left over but I have to go food shopping and put gas in my car.So that's where that $300/month disappears too.
 
When he's not diving into piles of gold coins he's going on global adventures with his nephews Hewie, Dewie and Louie.

That's not really a lot to have left over for an entire month. :huh: I guess maybe it is to people here because they're mostly younger with part-time jobs or whatever, but really, its not. $700 doesn't go that far when you really think about it. Unless he's putting a lot in savings and just has $700 left to actually spend.

Your right it's not alot,I make your basic 35-40K a year like most people,I'm also not married with children either..there are people not much older than me who make twice as much as I do,but they have wife,kids,2 cars,house ect...adds up quick.

Yeah, $700 is enough one person, but even stuff like going out on a date or just seeing a movie adds up quickly.
