Simple enough.

1) A 'wallet' that, whenever money is taken out of it, that same amount of money is still in the wallet. [Example: If I take out a $20, there's still a $20 bill in there, regardless of how many times I take it out. Self replenishing]. With the money that comes from the wallet, I would not be able to be taxed or otherwise penalized. This wallet's ability would also only be bound to me, so if I get mugged and someone tries to take it, they can't use it in the way that I can, however if I were to replace the physical wallet, the ability would still be in that new wallet.

2) The ability to mimic, or create any ability or action I see fit for whatever reason I would want. Using this ability would have no negative effect on my physical being [so if I were to say, have super speed, I'd not die because I couldn't brake in time]. This ability would cover anything from shapeshifting to pyrokinesis to knowledge osmosis to invulnerability to extreme charisma.

3) For everyone in the world to take an honest interest in learning and studying. By bettering ourselves and learning all we can about ourselves, our planet, and the universe around us, we can finally gain a "true" understanding.
