I would guess about 20 hours, that's the typical length of a game, but I got through MGS2 in about three hours, so I don't really know.

Hello guys. I know it seems like nothing in the shadows of your 360s, and Oblivions, but I just bought MGS3 for the first time, and I'm about to start it. I'm excited. Can somone tell me how long the game is?

MGS3 is great. It took me a few days to beat it, and I watched all the cut scenes and stuff and faced the sniper guy which took a pretty long time. It was a shweet experience.
