I laughed out loud at the synchronized dance fight. I really hate the phaser sounds they use. They all sound like gunshots. So now Data has Lore Tourettes. The whole hallway fight with the kids was very dumb. It was nice to see Tim Russ though.

TUVOK!!!! Well, not really Tuvok, but Timm Russ anyway. So getting Mulgrew for the finale.

I am liking the origin of the evolved changelings over the common theory they got it because of Odo's time as being human. And for a moment there, I thought Vadic was going to be the Female Founder. Thank god that didn't turn out.

I am loving that they are letting LeVar give his goodbye to Data. It has always seemed strange, with the many losses of Data, that Geordi didn't seem to be around or was given the time to show his mourning for his best friend. And man, LeVar went all out. I loved it. I think of all the cast I have really missed, I think Geordi is surprising me in how much I love having him back.

And now I'm trying to think what Picard encountered in TNG that involved telepathic powers and would want to be reconstituted in a Picard suit. After the talk with Vadic, I thought the Face may be Locutus, but the stuff happening with JLJR doesn't make sense.

Yeah, I have no idea where they are going with the Face. I would hope it is a classic TNG villain. Using Dukhat, the Pah Wraiths, Species 8472, or something as others have been speculating would be a huge mistake to me as those characters gain much of their significance from their relationships with the heroes of DS9 and Voyager.

It really sucks that they wasted the Borg and Q last season as those are really the best choices for a TNG sendoff. Hence why All Good Things was such a great finale and First Contact the one great TNG film.

I'm getting really annoyed with the mystery surrounding Jack, the Face, and the villains' plan. They are dragging those out way too long. I'm really concerned that the whole Jack Crusher thing will be very silly and nonsensical.

Yeah, the eye thing is kinda close to Pah-wraiths, but it doesn't feel right. I'm sure someone with better knowledge has a better theory than I have been coming up with. Whoever it is, it clearly doesn't think much of changelings.

Jean-Luc could still hear the Borg in First Contact. Suppose the entire Locutus personality remained part of bio-Picard, partitioned away like the minds in DataLore's new body. Maybe Borg nanoprobes from Picard's remains were part of the Changeling prisoners' weaponization/control process, accidentally enabling Locutus to communicate via Changeling goo.
I laughed out loud at the synchronized dance fight.
The communication and synchronization was Borg-like. I'm guessing Jack inherited the ability to form a collective from his third parent.

The first episode of this season contained a reminder to the audience about Locutus — not something that longtime fans would have forgotten, but which new watchers would need to know if it's important to the season arc — in conjunction with the intriguingly-named Myriad codec, and so I'm guessing that mention of Locutus is a Chekhov's Gun.

Yeah. Story arcs — even long multi-season arcs such as DS9 had — can be entertaining, but that works best as an optional story built on a solid foundation of episodes that are strong by themselves. Picard doesn't have that.

Seeing Tuvok back was great and hearing the Voyager theme play again but of course this happiness wasn't meant to last as it was actually a Changeling!!!

Seeing Chin’toka again gave me great DS9 flashbacks, love how this Season not just a love letter to TNG but also to DS9.

So Vadic was an enemy of Starfleet's (Section 31) own creation, so guess it's only poetic Vadic and her kin became more human to destroy humanity. But with "The Face" and Jack, there is another factor at play, and I don't think it's just for Jack's blood. Could the Irumodic Syndrome be used as a bio weapon against "The Solids" in the same vein Section 31 used the Morphogenic virus as one?!

I'm glad Bev mention the moral dilemma they are at and how far they should go to stop these Changelings. A victory at the lost of oneself can it truly be a victory?!

Geordi finally getting to tell Data how he truly feels was great, I was upset Geordi was missing in Season 1 and wasn't there the second time Data died, just felt off not having him there. But now the way the storyline going in Season 3 it makes sense, that now he has a second chance, to have time to tell his friend and to fight to keep him around and from the clutches of Lore.

The mystery of Jack continues, Vadic tells Beverly he was never truly hers? And now Jack can hear thoughts and link minds with someone? I don't know but atm that's screaming Borg Collective or a mini Link of sorts. Jack isn't a produce of The Changelings?! But if so why?! Picard wasn't that involved in The Dominion War so what gives?!!

Jack and Sidney budding relationship is nice, let's hope some good can come out of all this, the in sync fight moment was cheesy but you know what I love a bit of cheese.

Seeing Shaw crying got to me, poor bloke all this time been fighting to protect his Crew from harm and now his worst fears has come true, I want the best for Shaw and hope he gets his Spin Off Show as a thank you for all the **** his going through this Season!!!

I'm hoping the reveal about Jack isn't going to be Borg related... with the Borg being a focus of season 1 and 2, I need something different.

I'm wondering if his origin is going to be similar to that of Sisko. Perhaps a Prophet or Pah Wraith ensured his birth the same way that they did with Sisko. It would explain why Vadic says he "wasn't meant" for Beverly. If his abilities had been used for evil, I would think Pah Wraith... but so far he's been using his abilities to fight the changelings and being captured... so I'm thinking maybe prophet related.

Truth is I have no idea whatsoever, I'm just a little Borg'd out.

I'm enjoying the season thoroughly and really don't want it to end.

Maybe when Vadic said Jack wasn't meant for Beverly she meant he was meant for Picard instead. Maybe he was meant to be raised by or with Picard in his life. So he could later infiltrate starfleet. Instead he grew up out and about with Beverly. Imagine having a telepath inside Starfleet. So Beverly's choice to not tell Picard about Jack could actually have saved everyone in the end.

I think the only true ending for Picard would be if he manages to stop what is happening by actually talking things out and convinces both sides to some accord. If we end with Picard murdering an alien species I would not be happy with it.

That time again, Baggers Picard Season 3 Fan Theories (aka throw everything at the wall and hope one day it sticks lol)

"So here we are, where we were always going...to bring Jack Crusher where he most belongs. I am Vadic. Captain of the USS Titan. And, Jack, my dear, if you can hear me, it's time you learned who you truly are."

Could we be ending up at the Bajoran Wormholes?!!! Maybe just wishful thinking.

Could we finally be getting Part 2 to the "Reckoning?!"

Could the Pah-wraiths be trying to return to the Celestial Temple??
