Good luck to us all. I believe this is the most recent. 20 minutes edited, which means it will feel rushed and they couldn't finish some visual effects or cut some story stuff. Oh and PG!!!! Easter weekend = kids movie. From day 1 I have been saying moving close to easter weekend means they are going to make a pg movie. It says MILD action. I bet fox made james reshoot the fight scene and made it milder.

hmmmmmm
i will whait until march for the rating. but i wouldnt be suprised.

I could deal wiht 100 Minutes, but 80, yikes:wow:

well i dont belive 80 minutes. that is 1 hour and 20 minutes . even alvin and the chipmunks was longer.

Its not gonna be 80 minutes. With Opening and Ending credits youd be looking at a 70 min film.

This is Australia's rating. I give no **** whatsoever as to what they rate the movie.

I want to see the MPAA rating.

Different countries edit and rate movies differently.

Didn't some other Country say it was 100 min. and PG-13?

This happens with every film. I'll wait until we get an official confirmation before I go bat-****.

Also, I honestly can't see how this film could be 1:20 minutes.

80 minutes... impossible. I dont believe in that.

Australia and USA rating is very similar. A PG movie there gets PG here. A PG-13 movie here gets M there.

That is correct.

Apparently some theatres in Germany had a different shorter cut for The Incredible Hulk cos they felt the fight between Hulk and Abomination was too brutal so they cut a lot out.

It may be the same for Dragonball Evolution. Australia don't like some scenes in the film and want a different cut or cut their selves to make it suit whatever rating they deem acceptable.

It can't be 80 minutes! This has to be wrong! Most movies that are "epic" are over 2 hours!

80 minutes doesn't sound too good, I'm hoping this film is at least closer to 2 hours.

I don't give a damn about Australia, I'm waiting until I here something in the USA

this is not the epic fantasy action adventure movie we all want to see.

Its a flat out kids movie, any way you put it. It appeals to them most and even us who watched the show when we were younger, it appeals to the "kid" in all of us.

and you can bet it will not be over 2 hours. They would not put enough trust in this film to carry the weight of a duration like that. They want to maximize showtimes in numerous plays in theaters for money, rather than have it be a great film with lasting legs. Fox has never been about films in the long run, they want them to do as much business as possible as fast as possible.

80min? i dont believe it

animated movies are longer than that...

as for PG i could see it happening... yet i havent seen how brutal the fights are gonna be

agreed, PG sounds legitimate, there prolly wont be that much bloodshed

just for the record they have a different ratings system than us...

just look at the other films on the list
TRANSPORTER 3 M 104 mins
KATYN MA 15+ 119 mins
HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE ROADSHOW FILMS Granted (it is reasonable to expect that the film will be classified M) <<<will be rated PG in US

also says:
DRAGONBALL EVOLUTION TWENTIETH CENTURY FOX FILM DIST PTY LTD Granted (it is reasonable to expect that the film will be classified PG)

I don't buy it. A little over a month till we can confirm the films runtime.

Its 12A in UK and PG in Australia the US rating could be anything.
