A Black Panther film

I figure a version of Christopher Priest's version of the character would make for a great political/espionage thriller, although given his distinct African background and overall enigmatic nature, he might be a tough nut to crack in terms of devising an effective character arc in the same vein as Marvel Studios' main men.

How would you do a BP movie, and how do you think he would go over the GA?

not familiar with Priest's version of the Panther - but I would like to see a movie that spent a good deal of the time with his dad and Klaw [maybe a little WWII Cap tossed in there] and then see the Kirby Klaw in the third act when it's resolved with the current Black Panther.
