A cool concept with a little help needed

Hey, i'm a artsy kinda dude so i know what i'm doing. I made a perfect Assult Rifle from Halo and now i'm taking somethng even bigger down, but I need some help.

I'm gonna make a Big Daddy Costume from Bioshock.

Now, it is going to be made out of cardboard and such and I have a very basic concept on the parts i'm making.

and for refrence this is what a Big Daddy is
