I think most times when im peeing. Sometimes out of the blue Ill get some weird pain that makes me stop whatever im doing and double over. That one feels almost like a weird throbbing pain like if you tied rubberbands around your sac and kept them there for a long time. The cramp one though is mostly when peeing.

Yeah but having been in the military with these problems too I know there not STD's because your tested for those regularly. My wife was also recently tested because she was pregnant so I know its not that kind of stuff.

that's what I'm saying, he's all totally room temperature, because he has no heat source of his own, so his balls would be the same temperature as the rest of his cold body, but since he was all cold, he wouldnt notice that his balls were cold, because they would only be the same temperature as the rest of him
