Take one of your favorite games, and imagine a feature in it, something you are glad developers did not think of adding, or if they thought of it, they decided to scrap it from the final project.

Like imagine if you play Resident Evil 2, or another one, and it has something like this modded game does with lock-picks, one of every lock, and you have to go through this sequence of moves to unlock each door.
Or if it did the door knob jammed.

Imagine if you play one of the Batman Arkham games, and there is a limited number to each gadget, like a limited number of shots to the remote electric charger, or a limit to the explosive gel, and you need to collect more ammo for each weapon as you walk on.

Or play something like Castlevania Symphony of the Night, and you have these unlimited Medusa Heads everywhere.

Batman Arkham whatever - where you have to be careful fighting the enemies. Too much damage or hit them in the wrong place and they'd die. Drop them from a gargoyle, they'll die. Leave them strung up for hours? They'll die. Damage you get accumulates so you'll die if you get too hurt and takes time to heal up.

Batdude won't be able to break the cable with a batarang, that will snap the hanged thug's neck, and he dies.

What happens if a thug dies?

Mad max where you constantly have to get out to change the tires all the time

Game over. Batman won't let anyone die, remember?

GTA games with gas tanks that run out.

Mega man with limited ammo for the mega buster.

I imagined the need to change tires and refuel vehicles in Just Cause 2 and Saints Row the Third, what a pain.

Man, I'd kill way too many thugs if they added the kill feature in the game.

Now I imagine the game over screen every time I toss a thug or more off a top of a building in Ultimate Spider-Man, it will be at least easier to manage than killing in Arkham games.
