Apparently from what I've heard, there seems to be another scene after the credits of the movie.

Now here is the problem. I never saw the scene and I really want to know what happened. Could someone please do me a favour and give me a short breakdown of exactly what happened? Thank you!

HEY! I posted this thread hours ago!

You copycat!

Well do you remeber that coma patient at muir island? well at the end the professer's mind enters that person.

Are you serious? He enters a coma patient!? Well thats one way of having his character continue without Patrick Stewert.

So basically with this Jedi power, Jean Grey is alive, and Scott summers could still be alive in another body...

Wow plot devices everywhere.

OH and he says moria and then it cuts.

Well I dont now about the whole cyclops thing but i do thing it is a perfect opertunity for Sinister

Wow...and the cure is not permenant (sp).

So basically this is a loop movie where everything happens then goes back to everything.

Is there an alternate ending on X3? because someone said at the Cyclops thread that there is a rumor that there is an alternate ending of Cyke firing an optic blast.

You just hit on my biggest complaint.

Why can't I seem to remember the coma patient? When did they first mention the coma patient?

He was on the video with Moiria. It was mention for a grand total of 1 second in order to spoon feed the audience.

its in the scene where the professor is teaching class right before he "realizes" something is awry with the cure and everything

That annoys me. If his death was tacky in the first place, him coming back is a horrible plot device. And when did cyclops die in the comics/cartoon? I dont remember that.

Actually it was Patrick Stewert's voice oddly enough that was speaking.

Still, now that I know this it upsets me because the movie was almost generally useless.

If you look at the body, it almost looks like Stewart with a beard. I can see it now.

"I sensed that my death would come, so we cloned me."

Ok, so how did Cyke die exactly? Cause all I saw was him kissing Jean and Wolverine saying that he thinks that she killed him.....

I thought the after the credits scene was set up quite well. Good foreshadowing. Those who do not frequent these boards probably did not see it coming.

Then again, most of the people left the theater as soon as the credits began to roll. Those left probably knew to expect the scene anyway. They probably should have simply shown it before the credits.

The only qualm I have with the scene is that it takes a little away from the drama of the death.

I personally liked when Maginto was sitting at the chess table and barely moved the peice. I was like, "Oh yes, it's not over baby!"

easy answer...he isn't dead. General movie rule: if you don't show a character dead, he isn't dead.

I agree. When Jean held Charles up and killed him, I was thinking, "Oh snap...this is sad..."

After I saw the extra scene, I wished that I hadn't cause now I know he's still alive. -.-

See, now that it is good plot work! I loved that scene. They should have ended it there.
