I saw the first Garfield Spider-Man and bored me so much I have no intention of even Netflixing the new one.

This one's not boring. It's bad in many, many other ways but I wouldn't call it boring.

I just viewed the trailer for Gotham and cannot recall feeling this excited since I discovered Arrow.

My Daughter wasn't thrilled by it either. She still thinks Garfield doesn't look anything like Diko's Parker and I agree.
I guess we're going to see it again together in a couple weeks if not Winter soldier

Who is that? Ive never read the comics. My only spiderman exposure is the movies and the cartoons I watched as a kid.

For me Garfield is the best Spiderman I could hope for. He has the personality, the right type of physicality, and is just Parker to me. And dont even get me started on Stone. That girl was born to play Gwenn. Her natural chemistry with Garfield also works wonders on screen. Needless to say the character MJ and whoever they get to play her has an uphill battle.

If its a sunday show its truly ****ed. I already dont have room on that night as it is. The best I could do would be watching it on demand.

Garfield is terrific, no doubt about it. Agreed about Stone as well.

I don't have on demand. I'd have to try and find it online. As it was I was already thinking of watching The Strain. Too many good shows coming out on tv right now.

A lot of people are wrong.

Season 6 is ok.

Season 7 is truly awful.

Season 8 is back to the quality of seasons 3-5.

Season 9 is close to season 8 in terms of quality.

Sera Gamble, who ran the show during seasons 6&7, just didnt know what the hell she was doing with it and damn near killed it. Jeremy Carver took over after she stepped down and the show has been back on track ever since.

Though I have to say that as bad as season 7 was I still found it watchable.

I'd prefer a show with a young Batman, with sporadic appearances. Like, police picking up stray batarangs as evidence, briefly seeing the batmobile cruise past. Like the early moments of B89, discussing his 'flight patterns'. But anyway, I'll give the thing a chance.
