There really were some really good, hell even great episodes on that show. I haven't seen an episode since my 20's probably. I suspect all the better ones hold up well. I loved the freaked out monster/character designs.

I had nightmares of that thing when I was a kid and I can't watch an episode of it without being totally terrified. No wonder I love horror movies.

One of the best episodes of that show.. "The Collect Call of Cathulhu" is on that YouTube thing. Really great episode.

A lot of the episodes are terrible. But some are still fantastic. The first two series probably have the best episodes in them. There's a few episodes of note in later series such as "Janine You've Changed" that deals with an interesting internal continuity glitch after they were made to change Janine's character. It's also probably the final part of the Egon/Janine relationship issues that was actually good and advanced it in any way. The ending was then repeated in an episode of Extreme Ghostbusters where she turned into a bug monster for some reason.

Anyways, I've binge watched the out of Breaking Bad. I'm on Season 4, Episode 9. Saul's my favorite character. He comes off as a stupid guy who just makes references to pop culture, but he knows what he's doing.

I can't wait to finish the series. I really regret all the stuff I said about it.

Off the top of my head the most memorable eps are:

Demon Dog one, where I believe they have to find a four leaf clover.

The one where they have to stop a guy that's heartbroken from destroying the world using a magical flute and playing "the song of death" or some such. I recall Egon's saying what he'd miss most in the world was Janene.

The town in upstate New York where Vampires had enslaved Werewolves.

The Mrs. Havesham one with a freaked out haunted house.

The Cthulhu on Coney Island one.

The Sam Hein Halloween eps.

The alternate Universe episode with Human Busters that were the guy's opposite numbers.

I swear one show was on it, but now it's gone. I hate when Netflix deletes stuff. They need to make progress, stop deleting stuff. For everything good they delete, they seem to add two more SyFy originals. Blagh.

I'm getting Watch Dogs soon, so maybe this summer I'll check it out.

I remember reading somewhere that they recreated almost everything aside from things they couldn't due to plot points etc. But I also remember hearing that about a few Spidey games so who knows.
